Accounts Officer

• Maintain accurate financial bookkeeping and company records
• Create and process invoices
• Cross-check invoices against payments and expenses
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Issue bills and invoices to clients
• Track organisational expenses
• Process refunds and staff expense claims
• Manage petty cash
• Follow up overdue payments and liaise with collection agencies where required
• Communicate with clients, suppliers and employees regarding billing and payments
• Reconcile bank statements
• Work with the Finance Manager and external accountant to maintain accurate financial records

Finance / Office Manager

• Oversee day-to-day financial management and office operations
• Prepare financial data, reports and management information
• Analyse financial performance and industry trends
• Monitor the financial health of the organisation
• Develop and review financial policies and procedures
• Prepare and manage budgets
• Oversee financial reporting and compliance requirements
• Supervise quarterly and annual account reconciliations
• Monitor compliance with tax and financial reporting standards
• Assist with cash flow forecasting
• Provide financial advice and information to management
• Oversee financial documentation, records and forecasts
• Develop strategic business plans based on financial analysis
• Support recruitment, training and performance management as required

Truck Driver / Multi-Skilled Technician

• Drive waste and rubbish collection trucks
• Provide direct customer service
• Complete scheduled waste and sani-bin services
• Carry out routine truck maintenance and report mechanical issues
• Perform freight pick-ups and deliveries
• Deliver and collect bins as required
• Assist with general labouring duties including digging and site work
• Complete yard cleaning and maintenance
• Carry out night fogging activities
• Perform lawn mowing and tree trimming
• Assist with other operational duties as required

Contracts Administrator

• Manage documentation associated with contracts, programs and projects
• Review and maintain contract records
• Respond to contract-related concerns and enquiries
• Monitor contractor work and variations to work orders
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and trades
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to support project schedules
• Monitor work progress against contractual requirements
• Assist in ensuring project objectives, timelines and standards are achieved

Welder

• Read and interpret project plans, blueprints and technical instructions
• Perform MIG, TIG and other welding processes as required
• Complete field installation welding
• Work with ductwork, metal sheeting, fixtures, vents, fans and other components
• Select appropriate welding fillers and materials
• Coordinate with field labour teams to complete installations efficiently
• Maintain safe and efficient work practices
• Minimise material and resource wastage
• Deburr and grind metal components to achieve required finishes
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met

Senior Pest Control Technician

• Conduct thorough internal and external pest inspections
• Identify pest infestations and potential entry points
• Recommend appropriate chemical and non-chemical pest control solutions
• Provide customers with advice on pest prevention and treatment
• Prepare estimates for one-off treatments and ongoing maintenance services
• Set and monitor rodent traps
• Apply perimeter treatments for termites, ants and other insects
• Safely remove wasp, hornet and bee nests
• Apply appropriate bait treatments for rats and mice
• Seal pest entry points using foam, mesh, timber and other suitable materials
• Recommend appropriate pest control products and services
• Maintain safe handling and application practices

Truck Mechanic

• Perform routine servicing and preventative maintenance on trucks
• Inspect braking systems, wheel bearings, steering components and other mechanical systems
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults
• Use diagnostic computers and specialist testing equipment
• Repair and replace defective components, valves, bearings and gears
• Carry out repairs to vehicle cooling and heating systems
• Use workshop tools and equipment safely
• Conduct road tests to verify vehicle performance
• Inspect vehicle emissions and ensure compliance with required limits
• Check components against manufacturer specifications
• Measure and verify clearances and dimensions
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs and servicing
