By accessing or using the Talynx AI-Hiring Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not access or use our services.
2. Use of Platform
Talynx provides an AI-driven hiring platform for both employers and candidates. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- Employers: You are responsible for the accuracy of job postings and the selection of candidates.
- Candidates: You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile and CV information.
- AI-Hiring: Our platform uses AI to match candidates and employers. We do not guarantee employment or the suitability of any match.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talynx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our services.
4. Intellectual Property
The platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Talynx, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
