We are seeking qualified and experienced Air-conditioning and Refrigeration Mechanics to join well-established organisations delivering projects across commercial, industrial, government, defence, and large retail sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, service, maintain, and repair air-conditioning and refrigeration systems
  • Diagnose system faults and complete repairs efficiently
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and service documentation
  • Carry out preventative maintenance and system inspections
  • Ensure all work complies with workplace health and safety requirements
  • Provide professional customer service and maintain positive client relationships
  • Support and mentor apprentices when required
  • Work across commercial, industrial, government, defence, and retail environments

Requirements & Eligibility

  • Recognised trade qualification in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration
  • Proven experience working on residential, commercial, or industrial HVAC systems
  • Strong fault-finding, troubleshooting, and repair skills
  • Commitment to delivering safe, high-quality workmanship
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Willingness to relocate to Regional Australia
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
