Aluminium Fabricator & Installer

A leading construction and building services company in Western Australia is seeking an experienced Aluminium Fabricator & Installer to join its growing glazing division.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson to work within a highly respected company known for quality workmanship, strong safety culture, and ongoing staff development. The successful candidate will play a key role in fabrication, installation, and client coordination across commercial and residential projects.

• Fabricate and install aluminium glazing products
• Attend sites and assess scope of works accurately
• Read and interpret building plans and architectural drawings
• Measure and document dimensions for estimating purposes
• Prepare accurate paperwork for aluminium and glass orders
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide professional advice
• Complete worksheets and project documentation for invoicing
• Operate and maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment responsibly
• Follow company safety procedures, SWMS, and quality standards
• Assist other team members and support divisional operations when required
• Ensure work complies with Australian glazing and safety standards

• AQF Certificate III in Glass and Glazing, or minimum 3+ years relevant experience
• Proven experience in aluminium fabrication and installation
• Ability to read plans and architectural drawings
• Strong understanding of glazing safety and quality standards
• Estimating or tendering experience advantageous
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Valid driver’s licence required
• Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently and within a team
