Architects / Architectural Technician

An established architectural practice specialising in large-scale industrial developments is seeking an experienced Graduate Architect to join its professional team in New South Wales, Australia.

This technical role offers the opportunity to contribute to major industrial projects across Australia, working alongside Project Leaders, architects and technical specialists. The position focuses on BIM modelling, construction documentation, consultant coordination and delivering accurate, buildable project outcomes.

You will be involved across different project stages, gaining exposure to warehouses, logistics developments, cold storage facilities and advanced manufacturing projects.

• BIM modelling across multiple industrial projects
• Prepare and manage detailed construction documentation packages
• Coordinate consultant models and proactively resolve design clashes
• Review shop drawings and support technical coordination
• Ensure documentation complies with the NCC and relevant Australian Standards
• Assist with site visits and construction phase activities
• Work closely with Project Leaders, consultants and other technical team members
• Contribute to improving Revit standards, documentation quality and internal workflows
• Support the delivery of accurate, efficient and buildable architectural outcomes

• 3+ years of strong Revit documentation experience
• Moderate to high-level proficiency in Revit, including modelling, detailing and documentation
• Understanding of construction processes, buildability and consultant coordination
• Working knowledge of the NCC and relevant Australian Standards
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a professional architectural environment
• Tertiary qualification in Architecture, Architectural Technology or a related field
• Equivalent relevant industry experience may also be considered
• Demonstrated experience working on construction documentation projects
• Willingness to work on major industrial developments across Australia
