Candidates who stand out will show they can strip imported vehicles methodically for inspection, handle maintenance and mechanical repairs, and stay organised when jobs stack up. Workshop admin is part of the role too, with invoices, WOF inspections and repair time entered on a computer, so mention any system you have used.
A note on eligibility. The employer has accredited employer status, so it is in a position to sponsor visa holders. It is an onshore position, and only applicants who already hold New Zealand citizenship or residency can apply.
