Bar Manager

We are seeking a creative and guest-focused Bar Manager to join a unique farm-to-table hospitality venue in New South Wales. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing innovative non-alcoholic beverage pairings using seasonal fruit, herbs and botanicals grown on site.

You will play an important role in creating memorable guest experiences while working closely with the kitchen and farm environment

• Develop creative non-alcoholic pairing drinks using seasonal fruit, herbs and botanicals
• Experiment with new and innovative beverage offerings
• Create drinks that complement the seasonal food menu
• Deliver a professional, welcoming and memorable guest experience
• Maintain high standards of beverage quality and presentation
• Manage day-to-day bar operations and maintain an organised workspace
• Work collaboratively with the wider hospitality team
• Learn about the farm, seasonal produce and animals to enhance the guest experience
• Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety requirements
• Contribute ideas and creativity to the development of the beverage program

• Minimum 1 year of experience in bar management or a similar hospitality role
• Experience developing creative beverage or non-alcoholic drink offerings is preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional presentation and a positive can-do attitude
• Passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience
• Creative mindset and willingness to experiment with seasonal ingredients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Interest in sustainable farming, fresh produce and farm-to-table hospitality
• Eagerness to learn about produce, agriculture and seasonal ingredients
