Key Responsibilities
- Find out each customer's preferred haircut, style and grooming finish through a quick consultation
- Cut hair and style it with razors, clippers and scissors
- Produce tapered cuts and fades along with contemporary and traditional barbering styles
- Offer shaves and keep moustaches and beards trimmed and shaped
- Guide customers on grooming, caring for their hair and choosing suitable products
- Disinfect and clean equipment, workstations and tools while maintaining hygiene and safety standards in the workplace

Requirements & Eligibility
- Certificate III in Barbering or Hairdressing; an equivalent qualification or substantial relevant experience is also accepted
- A demonstrated background of working as a barber

- Customer service skills and clear communication
- Capacity to work independently and also contribute to a team
- Reliable work habits, a professional presentation and roster availability that includes weekends
