Barista

A growing hospitality group in Western Australia is seeking experienced and energetic hospitality professionals for Head Barista, Supervisor and Front of House Management opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity for hands-on hospitality leaders who can deliver high-quality service, support team development and maintain strong performance in busy venues.

The role can be tailored to suit the candidate’s experience, with opportunities available across barista leadership and Front of House management. Candidates who demonstrate strong hospitality experience, leadership ability and a genuine commitment to customer service will be considered.

• Lead daily Front of House and barista operations
• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee to consistent standards
• Supervise, motivate and support hospitality team members
• Train and develop staff to improve service and performance
• Maintain excellent customer service and create positive guest experiences
• Coordinate smooth service during busy and high-volume periods
• Monitor coffee, food and service quality
• Assist with staff organisation, shift coordination and daily operations
• Maintain workplace cleanliness, presentation and hospitality standards
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve service issues professionally
• Support venue performance and contribute to achieving KPIs
• Lead by example through a hands-on and positive approach

• Demonstrated experience as a Barista, Head Barista, Supervisor or Front of House Manager
• Strong coffee preparation and hospitality service skills
• Previous team leadership or staff supervision experience
• Ability to train, motivate and develop team members
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organisation and time management
• Ability to remain calm and solutions-focused under pressure
• Confidence working in fast-paced and high-volume hospitality environments
• Positive attitude, energy and enthusiasm for customer service
• Hands-on approach to daily hospitality operations
• Commitment to maintaining high service and quality standards
