• Prepare classic and specialty cocktails to a high standard
• Pour and serve beer, wine, and other beverages
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Process customer payments and handle cash transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar and dining areas
• Clear and reset tables as required
• Prepare and restock bar ingredients and supplies
• Ensure responsible service of alcohol practices are followed
• Work efficiently during busy service periods
• Collaborate with the team to deliver an excellent guest experience
• Follow workplace health, safety, and hygiene standards

• Previous experience working as a Bartender
• Knowledge of classic cocktails and beverage preparation
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Excellent teamwork and problem-solving abilities
• Reliable, proactive, and well-presented
• Weekend and evening availability
