A well-established construction company in Western Australia is seeking qualified and experienced Bricklayers to join its growing full-time team. The role involves working on residential and commercial construction projects, delivering high-quality bricklaying and masonry work across a range of building sites.

• Lay bricks, blocks, and stone for walls, partitions, arches, and paving
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Carry out structural repairs and restoration work
• Apply mortar, coatings, and prepare surfaces for brick and block placement
• Operate construction tools and equipment safely
• Install paving and surface finishes
• Build and dismantle low-level scaffolding safely
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Supervise apprentices and junior workers where required
• Assist with material planning, deliveries, and site logistics
• Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards

• Trade qualification in Bricklaying or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of bricklaying experience (5+ years preferred)
• Strong understanding of construction standards and plan interpretation
• Ability to work independently and supervise teams
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Reliable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented
• Current driver licence preferred
• White Card and additional construction tickets are advantageous
