Requirements & Eligibility
- Holds a degree in Building Surveying (UK), Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline
- Brings 3+ years' experience in building consultancy, surveying or property advisory
- Shows strong inspection, investigation and problem-solving skills
- Writes clear, concise and technically robust reports, and engages with confidence with clients and industry professionals
- MRICS or similar professional accreditation (or working towards it) is highly regarded
