An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Qualified Butcher to join a growing premium gourmet butchery in Queensland, Australia. • Prepare, cut, trim and portion a wide range of premium meat products
• Produce high-quality value-added and gourmet meat products
• Maintain excellent presentation and merchandising of meat displays
• Deliver outstanding customer service and product advice
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and quality standards are maintained at all times
• Manage stock rotation and minimise product waste
• Assist with ordering, inventory control and daily production planning
• Maintain equipment and work areas in a clean and safe condition
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business goals
• Contribute ideas to improve product offerings and customer experience

• Recognised qualification as a Butcher or equivalent trade certification
• Proven experience working as a qualified butcher in a retail or commercial environment
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of meat preparation techniques
• Experience producing value-added and gourmet meat products is highly regarded
• Excellent understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, motivated and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to relocate to Queensland, Australia
