• Take charge of façade cladding jobs in aluminium and CFC across commercial sites
• Ensure interior and exterior wall and ceiling surfaces are prepared for rendering and plastering
• Work with plaster, cement and render: mixing, then applying with trowels and tools of the trade
• Plumbing and straightening of corners, angles, walls and ceilings
• Take care of framing along with set-out and fixing
• Be across every part of the carpentry trade, including construction, installation and repair
• Observe safe work and quality procedures, and report hazards; take site measurements and read the plans

• A Carpenter / Ceiling Fixer qualification or trade assistant experience, with ideally 3+ years in construction; applications from all candidates are considered
• Able to prepare, level, straighten and finish surfaces to a trade standard
• An understanding of both construction standards and the scope of work for cladding
• Can work in teams and also independently
• A valid Class C driver's licence, plus own transport for getting tools to site
• Ability to clear any pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol, and background check requirements if required
• Construction white card (mandatory)
