Carpenter

An established building services company is seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join its growing team in Western Australia. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work across a variety of residential and commercial projects, delivering high-quality carpentry, joinery and general building services.

• Interpret and analyse construction plans and specifications
• Carry out general carpentry and joinery works
• Install doors, locks, frames and related building components
• Perform plasterboard repairs and general maintenance works
• Undertake brick paving and handyman-related building tasks
• Conduct site assessments and assist with material estimation and project planning
• Collaborate with tradespeople, supervisors and clients to ensure project timelines are achieved
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment
• Provide guidance and mentoring to apprentices and junior team members

• Recognised Carpentry or Joinery qualification or completed apprenticeship
• Minimum three to five years of relevant carpentry experience
• Experience working on residential and commercial building projects
• Strong measuring, calculation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
