Carpenters / Cladders / Ceiling Fixers

A growing construction company in Western Australia is seeking experienced Carpenters, Cladders, and Ceiling Fixers to join their expanding team working across commercial, residential, and industrial projects.

This is a long-term opportunity with ongoing work available on major construction and façade projects throughout 2026. Candidates will work on a wide variety of building and cladding installations while being part of a professional and safety-focused team environment.

• Installation of external and internal cladding systems
• Aluminium, metal, cement sheet, and façade cladding works
• Framing, set-out, fixing, and general carpentry tasks
• Reading and interpreting construction drawings and plans
• Carrying out repair and installation work on new and existing structures
• Following workplace safety and quality procedures
• Participating in toolbox and safety meetings
• Working independently and within team environments

• Minimum 3+ years construction or carpentry experience preferred
• Experience with cladding systems and commercial construction highly regarded
• Ability to read plans and perform accurate measurements
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver’s licence preferred
• Construction White Card required
• Working at Heights and EWP tickets advantageous
• Must be willing to complete medical, police clearance, and drug & alcohol checks if required
