This client is a wedding and events venue near Wollongong, NSW, and it is recruiting a full-time Chef de Partie for its catering team with an immediate start. The kitchen works on European menus and the services are large and quick, so the brief centres on chefs who stay composed and consistent under volume.

Requirements & Eligibility
- 3 years' culinary experience including CDP work or time as a strong Demi
- Proven plating for large numbers with no dip in quality
- Food safety certification
- If uncertified, the ability to get certified within 30 days of starting
- Drivers License required
