Chefs and Cooks

A hospitality opportunity is available in New South Wales for an experienced Hospitality All-Rounder with strong kitchen and customer service skills. This role suits a reliable, self-motivated person who enjoys working in a busy team environment and is comfortable with the demands of country hospitality.

The successful applicant will have solid barista and café service experience, along with practical kitchen experience at an experienced kitchen hand or cook level. Bar service experience will be highly regarded.

• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Prepare and serve coffee and café beverages to a high standard
• Assist with general café and hospitality service
• Provide bar service when required
• Assist with food preparation and general kitchen duties
• Work as an experienced kitchen hand or cook
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation across service and kitchen areas
• Support the wider hospitality team during busy periods
• Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace procedures
• Work flexible hospitality hours, including weekends and busy periods
• Maintain a reliable, positive and team-focused approach

• Previous hospitality all-rounder experience
• Strong barista and café service experience
• Kitchen experience at experienced kitchen hand or cook level
• Bar service experience is highly desirable
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, self-motivated and hardworking attitude
• Positive and team-focused personality
• Ability to work effectively in a busy hospitality environment
• Willingness to work hospitality hours, including weekends
