A growing, systems-driven hospitality venue in New South Wales is seeking a confident and reliable Cook to join its breakfast and brunch team. This role suits someone who enjoys working in a structured environment, takes pride in consistent food quality and can confidently manage service both independently and as part of a team.

• Prepare and cook breakfast and brunch dishes according to established recipes and standards
• Cook a range of classic Australian breakfast and brunch meals
• Work independently as a Cook Grade 2 during service
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and wider hospitality team
• Complete preparation tasks and follow established prep lists
• Maintain consistent food quality, presentation and portion standards
• Follow kitchen systems, procedures, policies and workplace standards
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe kitchen environment
• Work weekends and public holidays as required
• Receive and apply feedback to continuously improve performance

• Previous experience as a Cook in a breakfast, brunch or hospitality environment
• Confident working independently in a kitchen
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable, honest and professional approach to work
• Ability to follow recipes, systems, procedures and quality standards
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Calm and organised under pressure
• Professional and respectful approach to colleagues and guests
• Ability to work weekends and public holidays
