Chefs and Cooks

We are seeking an experienced full-time Chef to join a well-established hospitality venue in Western Australia. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled chef to work within a busy and supportive kitchen environment, delivering high-quality meals across a diverse dining operation.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with fresh, frozen and prepared ingredients, contribute to seasonal menu development, and support the smooth day-to-day operation of the kitchen.

• Assist with the daily operation of a busy commercial kitchen
• Prepare, cook and present high-quality dishes in a timely manner
• Maintain consistency and quality across all meals
• Work with a variety of fresh, frozen and prepared ingredients
• Follow seasonal menus and assist with menu updates and changes
• Manage stock rotation and minimise food wastage
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety and kitchen organisation
• Support an efficient and proactive kitchen environment
• Assist with staff selection and training when required
• Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team

• Minimum five years of experience in a fast-paced commercial kitchen
• Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent qualification
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
• Ability to work full-time hospitality hours
• Ability to perform effectively in a high-pressure environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to producing consistently high-quality food
