Chefs and Cooks

A great opportunity is available for an experienced Chef to join a professional kitchen team in Western Australia. • Prepare and cook high-quality à la carte meals
• Maintain consistent food quality, presentation and portion standards
• Follow food safety, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness requirements
• Work efficiently across different kitchen sections and service periods
• Demonstrate strong customer service through quality food and service
• Lead by example and contribute positively to the kitchen team
• Operate confidently in the kitchen when the Head Chef is unavailable
• Assist with training and mentoring junior chefs and apprentices
• Maintain effective communication with kitchen and service teams
• Assist with stock control, preparation and general kitchen operations
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures
• Contribute ideas to improve food quality, kitchen efficiency and customer experience

• Minimum 3 years of professional kitchen experience
• Previous experience working in a similar Chef role
• Strong à la carte cooking experience
• Good understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to train and support junior team members and apprentices
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
• Willingness to work day, evening and overnight shifts as required
• Ability to relocate to Western Australia
• English language proficiency
• Australian work rights preferred
