Chefs and Cooks

An exciting opportunity is available for passionate chefs to join a well-established hospitality group operating multiple award-winning premium dining venues in Queensland. We are seeking chefs across a range of experience levels, including Commis Chef, Demi Chef, Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, and experienced senior chefs.

Successful candidates will work in professional kitchens using premium local and imported ingredients while gaining exposure to a variety of cuisines, including modern Italian, premium seafood, Japanese-inspired dishes, and steakhouse dining

• Prepare high-quality dishes using fresh premium ingredients
• Take ownership of an assigned kitchen section during service
• Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation and consistency
• Work collaboratively within a professional kitchen team
• Assist with food preparation across different kitchen sections as required
• Follow recipes, specifications and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety in accordance with workplace procedures
• Support stock rotation and minimise food waste
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment
• Contribute to a positive and professional team culture
• Adapt to different culinary styles and menu offerings
• Assist in maintaining high operational and kitchen standards

• Relevant commercial cookery qualification or equivalent industry experience
• Previous experience working in a quality restaurant, hotel or premium dining environment
• Experience as a Commis Chef, Demi Chef, Chef de Partie, Sous Chef or similar role
• Passion for producing high-quality food with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Ability to relocate within Queensland if required
