An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Chef to join a well-established hospitality venue in New South Wales (NSW). This full-time role is ideal for a passionate culinary professional who takes pride in preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining excellent kitchen standards, and working in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will work alongside a dedicated kitchen team to deliver outstanding dining experiences while ensuring food quality, consistency, and compliance with food safety standards.

• Prepare, cook and present high-quality dishes in accordance with menu standards
• Maintain consistency in food quality, taste and presentation
• Ensure the kitchen remains clean, organised and hygienic at all times
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control and ordering
• Comply with all food safety, hygiene and workplace health regulations
• Assist with menu planning and the development of new dishes
• Work efficiently and effectively during busy service periods
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain smooth daily operations

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or an equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience as a Chef
• Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen operations
• Sound understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
