Chefs and Cooks

You will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, maintaining excellent kitchen standards, and working collaboratively with a professional culinary team in a fast-paced environment. • Prepare and cook high-quality meals in a fast-paced commercial kitchen
• Maintain excellent food quality, presentation and consistency
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements
• Assist with food preparation, stock control and inventory management
• Maintain a clean, organised and efficient kitchen environment
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver outstanding customer service
• Follow recipes, portion control and kitchen procedures
• Assist with daily kitchen operations and service preparation
• Contribute to maintaining high operational and quality standards
• Support a positive and professional team environment

• Previous experience working in a commercial kitchen
• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery for Chef positions
• Relevant industry experience may be considered for Cook positions
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Passion for preparing quality food and delivering excellent service
