Chefs and Cooks

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Cook / Chef to join a professional Italian kitchen team in New South Wales. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop their skills in authentic Italian cuisine while learning directly from an experienced Head Chef with Michelin-level experience.

The role is suited to candidates who are reliable, eager to learn and genuinely passionate about food. Kitchen experience is welcomed at all levels, with strong potential for professional development and career progression.

• Assist with the preparation and cooking of authentic Italian dishes
• Prepare fresh pasta, sauces and traditional Italian recipes
• Follow established recipes, cooking techniques and presentation standards
• Maintain consistent food quality and portion control
• Assist with daily kitchen preparation and service
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety
• Work effectively as part of a professional kitchen team
• Follow instructions and learn new cooking techniques from senior chefs
• Assist with maintaining an organised and efficient kitchen environment
• Contribute positively to a team-focused and professional workplace

• Previous kitchen or cooking experience is advantageous but not essential
