oin a well-established and modern hospitality venue in Western Australia, renowned for its vibrant South East Asian cuisine and commitment to exceptional dining experiences. We are seeking an experienced Cook who is passionate about quality food, consistency, and teamwork.

• Prepare, cook and present high-quality South East Asian dishes to established standards
• Manage your assigned kitchen section efficiently during service
• Follow recipes, portion control and plating specifications consistently
• Complete daily food preparation and mise en place
• Assist with ordering, stock rotation and inventory management
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness standards
• Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and kitchen team
• Support efficient kitchen operations during busy service periods
• Ensure ingredients are handled and stored correctly
• Contribute to maintaining high food quality and presentation standards

• Relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery (Certificate III, Certificate IV or overseas equivalent) or equivalent industry experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a professional commercial kitchen
• Strong knowledge of South East Asian cuisine, cooking techniques and ingredients
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Excellent attention to detail and consistency in food preparation
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable, motivated and committed to maintaining high standards
