Chefs and Cooks

An exciting opportunity is available for a Chef to join a well-established hospitality group operating multiple successful venues across New South Wales. This role is ideal for experienced chefs as well as motivated individuals looking to build a long-term career in hospitality.

You will work in a professional kitchen preparing high-quality meals while receiving guidance and support from experienced culinary leaders. The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative team committed to delivering excellent food and outstanding customer service.

• Prepare and cook meals in accordance with menu specifications
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
• Assist with food preparation and daily kitchen operations
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
• Work efficiently during busy service periods
• Assist with stock rotation and minimise food wastage
• Support senior kitchen staff and work collaboratively with the team
• Ensure kitchen equipment is used and maintained correctly
• Provide an excellent dining experience through quality food preparation

• Previous experience as a Chef or in a commercial kitchen is preferred
• Relevant culinary qualification is advantageous
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Well-groomed and professional appearance
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to attendance
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Passion for producing quality food
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Excellent communication and time management skills
