The Opportunity

A growing Australian company is seeking an experienced and reliable Crane Operator to join their team in Western Australia.

This is a full-time opportunity working across commercial, construction, and industrial projects. The successful candidate will join a supportive team environment operating modern crane equipment with consistent ongoing work and opportunities for overtime and career progression.

The company is open to sponsorship for suitably qualified international candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate mobile cranes and all terrain cranes safely and efficiently
  • Carry out lifting and crane operations across various project sites
  • Follow all workplace safety procedures and site requirements
  • Conduct daily equipment checks and report maintenance issues
  • Work collaboratively with site teams, dogmen, and riggers
  • Maintain professional communication on-site
  • Represent the company professionally at all times
  • Ensure cranes and equipment are maintained in clean and safe condition

Requirements & Eligibility

  • Minimum 1–2 years experience operating mobile and all terrain cranes
  • Current HR Driver’s Licence
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety
  • Ability to work flexible hours when required
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
