Electrician

• Service, test and maintain fire detection and alarm systems
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to fire alarm, EWIS and associated systems
• Install, commission and configure fire protection systems for commercial projects
• Conduct inspections in accordance with Australian Standards and relevant regulations
• Identify repair and upgrade requirements and assist with remedial recommendations
• Complete service reports and required compliance documentation
• Work closely with project and service teams to deliver quality outcomes
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship while following all safety procedures
• Provide excellent customer service while working independently and within a team
• Participate in overtime and on-call work when required

• Previous experience as an Electrician and/or Dry Fire Technician
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
• Experience working with fire alarm systems, smoke detection, EWIS/BOWS and related equipment
• Current White Card
• Current driver's licence
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship
• NSW Electrical Licence (highly regarded)
• Certificate III in Electrotechnology or equivalent qualification (preferred)
• FPAS or Fire Safety Assessor accreditation (advantageous)
• EWP, Cabling Licence or other relevant industry tickets (desirable)
