EOI - Quantity Surveyors

We are seeking Quantity Surveyors at multiple career levels to join a leading project management and advisory consultancy with opportunities available across Australia. Positions are available for Intermediate Quantity Surveyors, Senior Quantity Surveyors, Associate Directors, and Directors looking to contribute to major property and infrastructure projects.

You will work across a diverse portfolio of projects within sectors including aviation, healthcare, education, aged care, defence, residential, and commercial developments, providing professional cost management and advisory services throughout the project lifecycle.

• Provide quantity surveying and cost management services throughout the project lifecycle
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and feasibility assessments
• Develop cost plans and monitor project budgets
• Manage tendering, procurement, and contract administration processes
• Prepare bills of quantities and project cost reports
• Monitor project expenditure and identify cost risks
• Provide value engineering and cost optimisation recommendations
• Assess variations, progress claims, and final accounts
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders
• Support project planning, financial reporting, and commercial decision-making
• Ensure projects comply with contractual, regulatory, and industry standards
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Contribute to the successful delivery of complex construction and infrastructure projects
• Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• Experience in quantity surveying, cost management, or commercial advisory services
• Previous experience within a consulting, client-side advisory, or contractor environment
• Strong knowledge of construction cost planning and contract administration
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
• Professional accreditation such as AIQS or RICS is highly regarded but not essential
• Experience across infrastructure, commercial, residential, healthcare, education, defence, or related sectors is advantageous
• Commitment to delivering high-quality professional advisory services
