Our client, a winery with its own restaurant near Bunbury, WA, is recruiting an Events Chef. Bookings range from relaxed long lunches to weddings of 150 guests. The daily restaurant team is in place; the gap is someone with specialist weddings, banquet or catering experience to lead events food.
To stand out, bring real examples of event menus you planned, kitchens you led on a big night and how you kept calm when timings slipped. Visa sponsorship may be available for the right candidate, so mention where you are currently based in your application.
Between events, expect to run a section and support prep and service with the Head Chef.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver food for weddings and events across the venue
