Executive Housekeeping Manager

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Executive Housekeeping Manager to lead housekeeping operations within a prestigious luxury hotel environment in Western Australia. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with extensive experience managing high-performing housekeeping teams in premium hotels, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service.

You will oversee daily housekeeping operations, lead and develop your team, collaborate with hotel management, and ensure guest rooms are prepared to the highest standard within operational timeframes.

• Lead and manage the housekeeping team to achieve operational excellence
• Conduct daily team briefings and allocate work schedules
• Ensure guest rooms are cleaned, inspected, and delivered on time
• Maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the property
• Work closely with hotel management to achieve quality and service objectives
• Monitor staffing requirements and organise resources efficiently
• Prepare and manage staff rosters and workforce planning
• Oversee workplace health and safety compliance
• Manage housekeeping administration, reporting, and operational documentation
• Support budgeting and cost control initiatives
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management for team members
• Respond promptly to operational issues and implement effective solutions
• Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction through exceptional service delivery
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across housekeeping operations

• Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeping Manager in a luxury hotel environment
• Extensive experience leading large housekeeping teams
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Experience managing operational budgets and resources
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements
• Strong understanding of quality assurance and compliance standards
• Ability to solve problems and make sound operational decisions
• High attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
• Professional presentation and positive attitude
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays when required
