Food & Beverage Manager

We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join a premium hospitality venue in New South Wales. This full-time leadership role is ideal for a passionate hospitality professional who enjoys leading from the front, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and developing high-performing teams.

You will oversee the daily operations of multiple food and beverage outlets, ensuring outstanding service standards, operational efficiency, and team engagement. Working closely with senior management, you will also contribute to revenue growth, budget management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of all food and beverage outlets
• Coach, mentor, and develop food and beverage team members
• Deliver exceptional guest service and maintain high hospitality standards
• Monitor team performance and provide ongoing training and support
• Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally
• Ensure compliance with food safety, responsible service, and workplace procedures
• Manage food and beverage service standards across all outlets
• Work closely with senior management to achieve operational and financial targets
• Assist with budgeting, cost control, and revenue improvement initiatives
• Manage staff rosters and labour allocation efficiently
• Monitor inventory and support stock control processes
• Ensure smooth operation during busy service periods, functions, and events
• Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction
• Promote a positive team culture and continuous service improvement
• Support business growth through effective operational leadership

• Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a hotel or restaurant leadership role
• Previous experience managing food and beverage operations in a hospitality environment
• Strong knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails
• Experience managing and developing hospitality teams
• Previous experience preparing and managing staff rosters
• Experience using hospitality point-of-sale systems is highly regarded
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification or ability to obtain one
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
• Professional presentation with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
