Key Responsibilities

Repair, service, and maintain material handling equipment in workshop and field environments
Diagnose technical issues and provide effective repair solutions
Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
Utilise technical knowledge to identify faults and improve equipment reliability
Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain strong client relationships
Work collaboratively with technical teams to achieve operational goals
Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Follow workplace health and safety procedures and industry standards
Continuously develop product knowledge and technical skills through training and mentoring
Support customers with professional and efficient service solutions

Requirements & Eligibility

Relevant trade qualification with minimum two years of practical training or at least three years of relevant industry experience
Experience in servicing, repairing, or maintaining industrial equipment
Strong mechanical, electrical, or technical troubleshooting skills
Good English communication skills
Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to live and work in Australia for a long-term period
Meet Australian visa sponsorship requirements, including skills assessment and English language requirements where applicable
Commitment to building a long-term career in Australia
