Formwork Carpenter

An established construction company in Australia is seeking an experienced Formwork Carpenter to join their growing team. This opportunity is ideal for a skilled carpenter who enjoys working across diverse construction projects and delivering high-quality workmanship in dynamic site environments.

The role offers full-time or casual flexibility, competitive pay based on experience, and the opportunity to work across various projects throughout the state. Sponsorship is available for the right candidate, with some regional project locations potentially eligible for 88 Days Regional Work.

• Construct and install formwork structures for various construction projects
• Complete general carpentry tasks across residential and commercial building sites
• Read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and site requirements
• Measure, cut, assemble, and install timber and other building materials accurately
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard with attention to safety and quality
• Operate carpentry tools and equipment effectively and safely
• Work collaboratively with site teams, supervisors, and other trades
• Adapt to different project requirements and construction environments
• Maintain a clean and organised work area on site
• Travel to different project locations as required

• Qualified Carpenter or extensive experience working as an all-round construction carpenter
• Demonstrated experience in formwork carpentry or general construction carpentry
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and building practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Willingness to travel and work across different project locations
• Own tools and reliable transportation
• Current driver's licence preferred
• Willingness to work in regional areas where applicable
