Formwork Carpenter

We are seeking experienced Formwork Carpenters for major construction projects across New South Wales. This is a long-term opportunity for skilled and reliable tradespeople to join established site teams and work on large-scale projects with a consistent pipeline of work.

• Constructing and installing formwork for concrete structures
• Reading and interpreting construction drawings and plans
• Setting out and preparing formwork accurately according to project specifications
• Working with different formwork systems and equipment
• Installing, securing and dismantling formwork structures
• Ensuring formwork is level, aligned and properly supported
• Working safely and efficiently within a fast-paced construction environment
• Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Working collaboratively with supervisors, tradespeople and site crews
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and site safety
• Following project schedules and completing tasks within required timeframes
• Keeping work areas clean, organised and compliant with site requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant formwork carpentry experience
• Proven experience working with formwork systems
• Strong practical knowledge of formwork construction
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• White Card
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction site environment
• Strong work ethic and reliable attitude
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to meet physical demands of construction work
