• Provide professional cutting, colouring, styling, and hair treatment services
• Deliver outstanding customer service and client consultations
• Recommend suitable products and hair care solutions
• Maintain high presentation and salon standards
• Keep up to date with current hairdressing trends and techniques
• Participate in training, education programs, and team events
• Assist with social media content and promotional activities when required
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Work collaboratively within a busy salon environment

• Certificate III in Hairdressing or equivalent qualification
• Fully qualified Hairdresser with salon experience
• Strong cutting, colouring, and styling skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Positive, professional, and motivated attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Willingness to learn new techniques and participate in ongoing training
