• Provide haircutting, styling, colouring, and hair treatment services
• Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and preferences
• Recommend suitable hair care products and salon services
• Deliver excellent customer service and personalised salon experiences
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and salon presentation standards
• Stay updated with current hair trends and styling techniques
• Work collaboratively within a salon team environment

• Certificate III in Hairdressing or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience working in a salon environment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow client requirements
• Passion for hairstyling, colouring, and modern hair trends
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude
