Hairdresser/Stylist

We are seeking talented and passionate Hairstylists to join a vibrant and growing beauty and events team in New South Wales. This is an exciting opportunity for creative hair professionals who enjoy delivering high-quality styling services while working in a fun, energetic and supportive environment.

The role offers exposure to a wide range of beauty and styling opportunities, including bridal glam, special events, photoshoots, influencer campaigns and other exciting industry projects.

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to develop their skills through professional education and industry-led training while working alongside a collaborative team.

• Deliver professional blow-dry, hairstyling and finishing services
• Perform upstyles, braids and other specialised hairstyling techniques
• Create polished looks for weddings, events, photoshoots and special occasions
• Consult with clients to understand their styling requirements and preferences
• Maintain consistently high standards of service, presentation and workmanship
• Provide a welcoming and positive customer experience
• Build strong relationships with clients and encourage repeat business
• Work effectively as part of a collaborative and supportive team
• Maintain a clean, organised and professional work environment
• Keep up to date with current hairstyling techniques, trends and industry standards
• Participate in professional training, masterclasses and ongoing education
• Remain flexible and open to opportunities involving events, campaigns and creative projects
• Represent the business professionally during external events and industry activities
• Contribute positively to team culture and workplace initiatives

• Proven experience working as a Hairstylist
• Strong technical hairstyling and finishing skills
• Experience with blow-dries, upstyles, braids and event styling
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Creative approach with a passion for hair and beauty
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Professional presentation and a positive attitude
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development
• Flexibility to work across salon, event and creative environments
• Applicants must have appropriate qualifications and/or relevant industry experience
