• Deliver high-quality hair cutting, styling and colouring services
• Perform balayage, creative colour and colour correction techniques
• Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend suitable services
• Maintain high standards of client care and salon service
• Work collaboratively with other stylists and salon team members
• Stay updated with current hair trends, techniques and industry developments
• Participate in ongoing training and professional education
• Assist with creative projects, events and industry activities when required
• Maintain professional presentation and high technical standards
• Contribute to a positive, supportive and creative salon environment

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a high-end or premium salon environment
• Strong technical skills in balayage, creative colour and corrective colour work
• Demonstrated experience in hair cutting and styling
• Strong client consultation and communication skills
• Passion for colour, styling and creative hair artistry
• Professional attitude and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Willingness to continue learning and developing technical skills
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences
