• Deliver professional hairdressing and styling services to clients
• Consult with clients to understand their individual hair needs and preferences
• Create high-quality haircuts, styles, colours and other salon services according to client requirements
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail
• Provide friendly and professional customer service throughout the client experience
• Build strong relationships with existing clients and contribute to growing the salon's clientele
• Work confidently both independently and as part of a supportive salon team
• Maintain a clean, organised and professional salon environment
• Work towards achievable performance and client service targets
• Keep up to date with current hairdressing techniques, products and industry trends
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
• Recommend suitable professional hair products and services where appropriate

• Proven experience working as a Hairdresser or Stylist
• Strong technical hairdressing and styling skills
• Confident and professional approach to client consultations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a team
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Reliable, organised and motivated approach to work
• Positive and friendly attitude
• Willingness to learn new techniques and develop professionally

• Relevant qualifications and/or substantial industry experience
