Head Waiter - Restaurant Manager

• Coordinate the day-to-day front of house operations
• Lead and support an experienced team of hospitality professionals
• Maintain exceptional customer service and fine dining standards
• Ensure smooth restaurant service during lunch and dinner operations
• Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to front of house staff
• Assist with service planning and daily operational requirements
• Deliver professional food and wine service to guests
• Maintain high standards of presentation, professionalism, and hospitality
• Work closely with the kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless service
• Contribute to a positive workplace culture and guest experience

• Minimum 2 years' experience in fine dining restaurant management
• Proven front of house leadership experience in a premium hospitality environment
• Strong understanding of fine dining service standards and guest expectations
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills
• Wine knowledge or sommelier experience is highly regarded
• Ability to lead a well-established team and maintain operational excellence
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Professional presentation and customer-focused approach
• Ability to work flexible hospitality hours, including evenings and weekends
