Heavy Diesel Mechanic

An excellent opportunity is available for a qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic to join a well-established heavy vehicle service and repair business in Victoria. • Perform servicing, maintenance, and repairs on heavy diesel vehicles
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults
• Carry out preventative maintenance inspections
• Complete repairs to manufacturer and industry standards
• Perform vehicle diagnostics using modern diagnostic equipment
• Conduct breakdown repairs and workshop maintenance activities
• Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently
• Maintain accurate service records and job documentation
• Work collaboratively within a team environment
• Deliver high standards of workmanship and customer service

• Trade qualification as a Heavy Diesel Mechanic or equivalent
• Proven experience working on heavy vehicles, trucks, and trailers
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to quality workmanship and safety standards
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Positive attitude and willingness to continue learning
• Experience with major truck brands advantageous
