Heavy Machinery Operators

A growing civil and construction company is seeking experienced and motivated workers for multiple roles across major regional infrastructure projects in New South Wales.

Positions available include:

• Piling Rig Operators
• Piling Offsiders / Ground Crew
• HC & Crane Truck Drivers
• Crane Operators
• Excavator Operators
• Dogmen

• Operate machinery and heavy equipment safely and efficiently
• Support piling, crane, excavation, and civil construction activities
• Assist with site preparation and ground operations
• Conduct daily equipment checks and basic maintenance
• Follow site safety procedures and operational requirements
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and site teams
• Complete tasks efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship
• Travel and work on regional project sites as required

• Relevant operating experience within civil or construction projects
• Relevant tickets, licences, and machinery competencies for the role applied for
• White Card required
• HC licence required for truck driver positions
• VOCs and machine competencies highly regarded
• Ability to work away from home when required
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork
