An exciting opportunity is available for experienced fast-food managers to join a well-established quick service restaurant group in Australia. Positions are available across New South Wales, offering excellent career progression within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

This role is ideal for candidates with previous McDonald's management experience who are passionate about leading teams, delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining operational excellence, and achieving business goals.

• Deliver outstanding standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness (QSC) on every shift
• Lead restaurant operations to achieve sales, service and profitability targets
• Supervise team members to ensure company policies and operating procedures are followed
• Provide leadership, coaching and support to crew members and fellow managers
• Create a positive customer experience on every shift
• Maintain high standards of food safety, workplace safety and restaurant security
• Investigate workplace incidents and implement appropriate corrective actions
• Escalate safety and security concerns to senior management when required
• Manage critical restaurant systems essential to the daily operation of a 24/7 business
• Monitor productivity, staffing levels and shift performance
• Ensure compliance with all operational, health and safety standards
• Support continuous improvement and contribute to overall business success

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Australian work rights, or eligibility for employer sponsorship
• Sponsorship available for suitable candidates
• Minimum 1–2 years of McDonald's management experience
• Previous experience as a Shift Manager, Department Manager or Restaurant Manager
• Strong leadership, communication and people management skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Commitment to workplace health, safety and security
• Ability to work flexible rotating shifts in a 24/7 operation, including weekends and public holidays
• A positive attitude with a focus on team success and operational excellence
