Hotel Manager

We are seeking a hands-on and proactive Hotel Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a well-established accommodation property in NSW.

This is a practical all-rounder position for someone who enjoys being actively involved in the business. You will work directly with guests, coordinate staff and contractors, solve operational issues and assist with basic maintenance and troubleshooting when required.

• Oversee the smooth day-to-day operation of the hotel
• Provide excellent service and support to guests
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors and external authorities
• Coordinate staff and manage operational activities
• Resolve guest concerns and operational issues promptly
• Monitor property standards and identify areas requiring attention
• Assist with basic maintenance and general troubleshooting
• Support the efficient operation and long-term success of the property

• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous hotel, accommodation or management experience is highly regarded
• Practical, hands-on and willing to be actively involved
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Confident, resilient and adaptable
• Ability to communicate effectively with people from all backgrounds
• Basic maintenance, handyman or troubleshooting skills are advantageous
• Willingness to build a long-term career in the local community
• Open to relocation within NSW for the right opportunity
