The Opportunity

This Karratha process plant is recruiting a hands-on electrical leader, and the brief is clear: someone who will own maintenance outcomes, push reliability forward and keep assets performing. Lead engineers and electrical superintendents are both in the running, so the deciding factor is the depth of your plant background.

To stand out, line your application up against the duties. Show the HV/MV/LV systems you have looked after, name the shutdowns or commissioning projects you ran, and describe how many electricians and contractors you have directed. Safety and compliance results deserve a clear mention too.

It is a permanent position with the successful person living in Karratha, not on FIFO. Sponsorship is available for suitable international candidates.

A recruiter will scan your CV in seconds, so lead with plant reliability results. Shape a reliability-led engineering CV in Build AI CV and keep your certificates ready to share.
