Requirements & Eligibility
- Trade Certified Painter; you must have completed an apprenticeship
- Proven time as a leading hand or 2IC
- Project and team management ability, backed by strong communication and organisational skills
- Problem-solving, alone or with the Painting Manager, to reach a positive outcome
- A keen eye for detail that supports quality control
- Comfortable reading project drawings (floor plans and elevations)
- Manual driver's license plus a White card
- Subcontractors and ABN holders cannot be considered
- EWP and/or Working at Heights ticket, desirable
- First Aid, desirable
- Airless spraying experience, desirable
- A current National Criminal History Check
