Painter

A growing renovation and maintenance company in Western Australia is seeking an experienced Painter to join their team.

The company specialises in residential and commercial renovations, including bathroom and kitchen renovations, maintenance projects, and full property refurbishments. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and growing the painting division while maintaining high-quality workmanship and customer service standards.

• Carry out interior and exterior painting works
• Perform surface preparation, sanding, patching, and finishing
• Complete spray painting and roller applications
• Handle colour matching and paint product selection
• Undertake plaster patching and maintenance painting
• Organise and manage painting projects independently
• Prepare accurate job quotations and estimates
• Manage painting materials and supplies
• Supervise and assist other workers where required
• Maintain high-quality finishes and workplace standards
• Assist other trades within renovation projects when needed

• Experience in domestic and commercial painting
• Strong knowledge of painting products and techniques
• Ability to work independently and manage jobs efficiently
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship
• Ability to work safely and maintain clean work areas
• Team-oriented attitude with strong work ethic
• Driver’s licence required
