• Carry out structural and cosmetic vehicle repairs
• Perform panel beating, dent removal, and replacement work
• Use repair tools and workshop equipment safely and efficiently
• Repair damaged vehicle panels to industry standards
• Work collaboratively with spray painters and workshop staff
• Maintain quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Follow workplace safety procedures and workshop standards
• Keep work areas clean and organised

• Trade-qualified Panel Beater or equivalent industry experience
• Previous experience in collision repair / smash repair workshops
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to work efficiently within a team environment
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with modern repair equipment preferred
